My father in law was a Marine - wounded twice on Iwo (once left for dead, tagged to bag), Korean War vet, retired during 'Nam in 1963 because the Corps had gotten too soft. Had a stroke 15 years ago and was told he'd never speak, eat, write, or walk again and regained all of the above. He was raised old world German, Illinois yankee, Catholic. We have prayed 32 years, been thrown out of his house for trying to witness to him, had him shake his fist in my wife's (his daughter's) face & threaten her for sending someone over to witness to him. He's 82 years old.

Yeterday morning he got SAVEDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First, Praise God!!

Second, I echo John81's sentiments...except both of my parents need to come to Christ before they pass away.
