Common Sense?

KInda like the Conservatives bailing out big business and then calling Obama a communist for wanting to help those who need help :loco Do not forget about your planks.

Actually it isn't even big business that is being bailed out (although they are the recipients), it is the stock market. And, while I disagree with using our tax dollars for it, many market analysts (both conservative and liberal) are saying that this is the bottom of the bear market and recovery will come. Don't know enough about it to agree or disagree.

I've never called Obama a communist. But he is a socialist, even if he doesn't use the term. Anyone who takes moenty from one source by force (and, believe me, even though the IRS says income tax is voluntary, it ain't) and gives it to someone else, they are Marxist socialist in their economic viewpoint. BTW - someone applied a term to GWB yesterday that I thought very fitting. "Fiscal socialist." He hands out money to other countries like crazy, without the approval of congress. That needs to stop. I don't know if McCain will do that. But I know Obama will. It isn't my responsibility to bail out the waitress that doesn't make a lot of money. We tip well when we go out to eat. But if she chooses to stay in that job, it's her choice. Obama used the waitress example when he was talking to O'Reilly. He said it's our responsibility...well, as a Christian, if I see someone in need, it is my responsibility to help if I can. BUT! It isn't the government's right to take my money from me to give it to someone else.

Do I agree with the bailout? No - but I am saying that with being unfamiliar with the market. Do I agree with Obama's rob the rich and give to the poor (because that's what it is, make no mistake)? NO! Even if I were the poor he's referencing (although waitresses can earn a good deal of money), I wouldn't like it.

USA communist party believe that once people have their socialism they wanted, they will not be satisfied and will turn to communism.

The communist party USA is all geared up for that.

I met an older gentleman a few years back at a truck stop when I was driving OTR. The was before Clinton was elected in 2000. He had his own name for democrats....dummycrats.

Just a little over 2 years ago my wife and I filled a U-Haul and put our car on a trailer and moved 500 miles from north central IL to where we are now in SW MO. DIdn't even have a place to live in when we arrived, but were in an apartment on our 3rd day here (stayed in a hotel until then) and 3 1/2 months later closed on our home. Nothing bad happened through all of it and today we keep thanking God for getting us into our home without a hitch.
