Hello. My family and I attend a IFB church in Illinois. I accepted Jesus Christ as my Savior in 2005, my husband accepted the Lord a few years before me. I praise the Lord so much for my salvation and and praise Him also for my husband who is also a Believer. As for my children, I do believe my little girl (age 7) is also saved, I am seeing some growth in her, but I am not so sure about my son, I have not really seen any growth in him, my heart is so heavy and burdened for him, he is 18 years old and has depression, he has asked Jesus to save him, but I have not seen any growth in him or desire for the Lord. Please do pray for him. I am looking forward to the fellowship and support of other IFB Christians on Online Baptist.

Howdy! :th_tiphat: It's good to have you with us!

How blessed when a husband and wife are both saved :clapping:

I rejoice that your little girl is showing such wonderful signs of growth in the Lord and will pray your son may also. :icon_pray:

Hi, how are you doing? Great to see you here and learn about your family. Prayer and the Scriptures are the normal media in which Christian individuals and families live and for us all these can be a daily support, encouragement and challenge.

Welcome, we will leave the light on for you.

Sometimes with out children, especially when they get into their late teens, all we can do is pray for them and of course use opportunities wisely that arise to point them towards God.
