You'll have to read it to comment.

Now this case is not a far stretch from the case in Saskatchewan where Marriage Commissioner Orville Nichols, a Baptist refused to marry a gay couple of men, on his personal beliefs. The gay men took him to Kangaroo Court, and the CBC reported that the Saskatchewan Court of Queen's Bench supported the HRC ruling against Mr. Nichols further ruling the HRC "correct in its finding that the commission had established discrimination and that accommodation of Mr. Nichols' religious beliefs was not required.

I believe the current Senate legislation on hate crimes will be a partial or whole enabler for the same in the U.S.

anyway, hate crime is really unfair for some people who are not listed on the list. But I do understand the harsher punishment for those who committed a crime because racism was the motivation. Just like jealousy or murder in cold blooded, or whatever the reason. Or hitler's reason to kill because they were Jews (or have a disability)

It seem that planned murder and murder out of rage have different jail time sentences... and that some people have less jail time because the reason why they murdered someone.

If everyone speak about this, are they going to arrest every single christians out there? They will have to round them up just to shut them up.

No, they want have to round of all who call their self Christian, for many who call their self Christian will marry anyone who wants to marry.

But that said, the days of real Christian freedom in America is slowly coming to and end.

Perhaps we need to take advantage of it wile we can, soon it will prOBably be a crime to witness for Christ as it was in the days of the early church.

Yeah most likely it will come to pass that we will have to start visiting our preacher in prison or be in the prison also. Even so Lord Jesus come quickly.
