I need help finding a poem and music

My Grandmother is planning her funeral and wants me and my brothers to sing "Beyond The Sunset" - any clue where I can find sheet music online?

Also, she wants a poem read, but I only know the first line - If I go first before you do. Anyone know this poem, or where to find it?

Here's one poem I found. It starts "If I should leave before you do"

If I should leave here before you do,
I'll be in Heaven waiting for you.
