Whats for Supper...

Not keen on English muffins, in fact I haven't seen them in the shops recently, but then I haven't looked,  Peach pie sounds nice.

Not keen on American muffins either, though I can tolerate blueberry muffins.

Too hot to cook. I made a small peanut butter sandwich with just a touch of honey and sliced banana. Afterward I had the last slice of peach pie from the fridge.

Fish stew and rice for lunch, yummy.

Rattatouille  and French bread  for supper.

Salad .  Cucumber, lettuce, potatoes from the garden.  Tomatoes from the shop.  Mine are really naff this year.  Those in the greenhouse I bought from various nurseries and they all seem to have viruses and  various diseases and are only producing a very few fruit.  Thoase I grew from seed are in the garden and are looking healthy but are way behind and the fruits are all green so far.  I pulled some beet from the garden but forgot to cook them.  I opened a tin of mackerel to go with it.
