How often do you brush?

I can't stand people with bad breath because good oral hygiene is one of my top priorities. I brush after every meal and floss at night for a good 20 minutes at least. How often do you brush?

I brush every morning and also use a dental mouthrinse.

When possible, I'll brush after dinner and after supper.

I floss randomly.

I brush and use the dental mouthrinse before bedtime.

Which choice should I select for my vote?

I brush before bed, when I wake up, and if I'm home for lunch before I leave.

I use a sonic care toothbrush and mouthwash. After a meal I have some water because my dentist explained that knocks 90% of bacteria food out.

I never floss but I brush twice a day, mornings and evenings. No cavities so far. :smile

some people have health issues that cause bad breath having nothing to do with oral hygiene...be kind to people because you don't know who simply doesn't brush and who tries very hard and can't beat it.

I know that tonsilloliths cause bad breath from personal experience. They are totally non-treatable.

I brush as often as I think about it, which is pretty regularly, but not a ton, and I occasionally floss. I have a toothbrush and paste at my office that I normally use after lunch. I've never worried about or had any real problems with my teeth; just a couple of cavities in my whole life. :lol
