What’s going on and is it right? The report is correct, but, like anything in a constitution, it can be overridden by the will of the people. All they would have to do is write him in. TheGloryLand 1

The cowardly Republicans will most likely removed Trump from the ballot prior to election especially if he is convicted of some "trumped" up charges. Most of the GOP establishment would prefer a warmonger like Nikki Haley on the ballot.

Though Colorado has decided to have him barred from the ballot, I'm pretty sure that the SCOTUS will accept and hear the appeal his lawyers have filed. And, as I stated before, the state and even the US Constitution can be overridden by the voters at the polls. Write ins can totally overrule any attempts to keep him from the presidency again. I don't believe Haley has any chance of becoming president.

If you have all these Democratic states jump on board with the Colorado decision, they might not have a blank, that says other on the Voter ballot.

From what I recall, all states have a write in option, especially in the general elections. Those states that attempt to negate write ins for Trump should it come to the need for him to be written in, might find themselves facing a large revolt in their states. Besides, if he becomes the nominee for the Republican Party, and the state refuses to put him in, placing only the Democrats nominee on there, they'll come out looking like a third world, Communist, or Socialist nation having only one major party on the ballot, ie, a dictatorship. It will be a major dilemma for them.

Way back about 1980, when I first started voting( I voted for Reagan), and I would tell folks that the Dems were communists, they would look at me like I was from another planet. But that's exactly what they are; and have been for decades, They are striving for a communist totalitarian dictatorship, and if they get it, it won't be pretty. Reagan was my choice as well. I certainly wasn't going to vote for Carter. The Democrats have been moving us towards a totalitarian form of government for over 100 years.

I'm sorry...I somehow ended up posting 100 instead of nearly 200 years. So, you're correct. Thank you for correcting that. The War of Northern Aggression was the cause of many things.
