We did what now!!?! ?

Honestly, though, who needs to watch the news? I get all the current affairs info I need off here and Facebook. ?

You will not fine me on Facebook, or any of their spy apps, that they own.

They are add it again… Canada

Canada bans handgun imports

They want Canada to be like Australia and the UK. Sad, really, that the people of that country will stand for this. But, it's been coming for quite a while. Justin Trudeau really needs to go.

What you posted makes absolutely no sense, grammatically or otherwise.

I'm glad you said that. I'm trying to be reserved, but I thought the same thing.

The government does have limited control over guns and other weapons. More gun control will not help, as criminals don't care about what the law says. Personally, I don't see the need for registration of guns, but, because in some places it's the law, where it is, I would follow that rule. In Tennessee we have what is called "Constitutional Carry" which means we don't have to have a permit to carry a gun concealed or otherwise. I wouldn't want to be like Canada in any respect whatsoever. It's a pro-Socialist government, and they really should keep their ideology North of the border.

Constitutional Carry is the law in Maine also.

Canada has nothing to do with what's happening here in America re: guns. Simply put, gun "laws" are there to hurt the lawful gun owner (name one gun criminal that obeys gun laws...just one - can't be done). Every single state has protection of the God-given right of arms ownership by citizens written into their state constitutions, just as it is written into the federal constitution.

The term "infringe" means to encroach...and the term encroach means to take another's rights gradually or stealthily.

Our founders knew that, and they knew that the fallen nature of man leads to the exertion of power over others...and they knew that oppressors STEALTHILY STEAL RIGHTS...aka infringe.

The cry right now, amongst silly, emotion-driven "do-gooders" is that nobody needs military weapons. They have no conception that AR-15s are NOT military weapons, but even if so, they are ignorant of the intent of our founders: our founders KNEW that if a government had better arms than the citizenry there would be no liberty. Because of the nature of the power hungry. Hence the specific wording of the 2A.

The reason for the "mass shootings" at its core is that we are now a society that worships death...and it began in the 70s with the legalization of abortion. Isn't it interesting that some of the same folks who are crying for gun control also are frothing about the possibility of Roe v Wade being reversed. Talk about inconsistency. But, hey, liberalism is a mental disease...

Have you read the book Return of the Gods, by Jonathan Cahn? It is very eye opening. The progressives are worshipping false gods, which is why they are so zealous and inconsistent.

Do you want the government to take control of those that have weapons, like guns,  control over sales and the permits. Everyone must follow the laws or rules like those in Canada, which is in the news today. I hope this helps you and BT.

People can still purchase guns and ammo in Canada from what my friends there tell me. There's just a heavy handed regulation there. We see this kind of thing in many European countries, as well as in Australia and New Zealand.

I believe everyone should have a concealed weapon permit, starting at age 18 years. Open carry with same permit. No problem, permits must be affordable.

Joe,Your are to bossy to be new here.

I think Joe made a reasonable request. You do often take the long way around the barn when posting about things.

Either way, Morales you really should come to the point in your posts. It would be more clearly understood what you are trying to say. Thanks.
