Does anyone know the background on it...where it came from, or what it's root words mean?

Beware those who suffer from logorrhea. Oooh, that sounds painful and it is especially to those they might come in contact with because they'd be exposed to it and it could cause severe anguish to the point of wishing they hadn't met but there's often no escape from the effects of it and it can often get so severe that you wish the person would just keep it to themselves instead of spreading it around but that's one of the prOBlems with logorrhea the person suffering from it doesn't know they have it and they innocently infect others without realizing they're doing it. Oh well, I could go on and on about it.

I'm afraid I'm coming down with hypochondria.
I don't know what it is, and I don't know what the symptoms are, but that's the scary part.
I wouldnt know I had it till it was too late.
