You have no reason to say that. It is inaccurate to say the least. Remember this is the same court that ruled the second amendment to be an individual right not simply a collective one earlier this year. Hardly what Obama would have wanted. The court didn't hear this case because a brief look at the facts shows it is a silly, trumped up conspiracy theory with no basis in fact. In order for it to be true you would have to believe a long list of unlikely happenings, the Hawian government intentionally lying to the courts to help Obama, etc., etc. You would have to start out very much pre-disposed toward conspiracy theories in order to fall for something like this considering all the evidence points the other way. I do not support trumped up charges against anyone, and that is exactly what this is.

I voted for G.W. Bush the 2nd time because I felt he would be the best choice for God loving peoples. For my vote I received DOUBLE the number of Supreme Court Justices and one was the Cheif Justice!

I didn't vote for B.H. Obama, and I have no idea what criteria he will use for justices. We need to be in prayer specifically for this point; that is, in spite of His political view, the BEST candidate for justice will be a God fearing one. Our God is still on the throne, we have not been defeated; Psalms 75:6-7.

It does seem strange that people are demanding to see BO's birth certificate. Something that hasn't happened in American politics before. But the mere fact that BO refuses to bring out his birth certificate (instead bringing out a certificate of live birth listing his father's race as African and typed in Arial font...neither of which was used in the '60's...Arial font wasn't even invented yet, and blacks were called blacks then...) and Hawaii claims to have it locked up makes many people wonder what's going on. His Kenyan grandmother claiming that she was at the hospital in Kenya the night BO was born also makes some people wonder.

Conspiracy theorists? There is not conspiracy to it...there's legitmate cause to question, in some people's minds. I say to BO, just produce the thing and get it over with. Why won't he? That makes people wonder even more if he's hiding something.
