WHO FORGED BARACK OBAMA'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE?

By now many of you may have seen the YouTube videos that show Barack Obama’s long form birth certificate PDF file, placed on White House dot GOV, as a fake. This, if true, is proof of forgery of the document provided and begs the question – who forged Barack Obama’s Birth Certificate?

For those who may not know let me explain - when a document is scanned, as the government said it was, the file is created all at one time - there is only one "layer." When you create a document in Adobe Illustrator, or many other layer vector software products, each new addition creates another layer on top of the base layer. This way you can place your text on a text layer, graphics on a graphic layer, color items on a color layer, etc. Most professionals work this way so you don't have to keep moving things around or destroying them as the graphic you are creating is being made and manipulated for the desired effect.

Adobe also makes Adobe PDF and has the PDF reader that we are all so familiar with. In the PDF file it is virtually impossible to tell if there are layers or not as it is viewed as a flat file. However, the layer data is preserved for working with at a later time if the file was not originally saved with all layers merged with the background layer.

Now on to the topic at hand.

In a letter dated April 22, 2011 from a Judith L. Corley of Perkins Cole law firm, on behalf of President Obama, wrote to Loretta J. Fuddy, the Director of Health for the State of Hawaii, requesting the “original certificate of live birth,” stating she was authorized by the President to do so.

The White House dot GOV site further stated: “At a time of great consequence for this country – when we should be debating how we win the future, reduce our deficit, deal with high gas prices, and bring stability to the Middle East, Washington, DC, was once again distracted by a fake issue.” I could not agree more – but I think the fake issue is why we are not seeing investigations into the felonious act of forgery as evidenced by this document.

I am not one to take the word of anyone and will research the source data myself to validate and verify the facts as accurate. So I downloaded the PDF file from White House dot GOV and then downloaded a copy of Adobe Illustrator and then opened the PDF file as shown here.



I immediately opened the layer tool box and as you can see there is layer 1 with about 10 sub layers.

As I clicked on the view layer toggle icon, on the far left of the layers box, certain data on the form would disappear and reappear. One such item was the form data including most of the now contested file sequence number and the remaining form looks like:



On certain other layers dates are put in with part of the date appearing as part of the original scan and the forged data added later. Part of his mother’s name appears to have belonged to someone else named Ann D… but the remaining “unham Obama” was added on after, as well as the Stanley appearing above the name.



Both the State Registrar and stamped date on the bottom of the form are on another seperate layer that can be toggled on and off:

Again, this does not and cannot happen with just a straight scan of a document. The entire page would have been scanned into a single layer. I have worked in and with the government at all levels for years and documents that are being validated will be printed/scanned and then the validating officer will stamp his credentials on the document, date, and sign. Then the document is made into a PDF file by scanning and saving the scanned image as a PDF. This always produces a single layer file. The only way to create multiple layers is through a software package that works with layers such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or some other graphics package – and the only reason to do that, in this case, is to change the data that is on the original and thus, as in this case, produce a forgery to fool the public.

We have heard Obama state in the past: “They must think your stupid,” but what he obviously meant was He must think were stupid. Fellow Americans this is a crime! To hoist this document as proof of legitimacy has illegitimated the President’s position and if anyone of us did this we would go to jail for felony forgery.

This is turning out to be either the biggest CON ever perpetrated upon the American people or the most inept group of morons ever to grace the halls of American government. Neither scenario bodes well for the American people or the liberties we are so quickly loosing.

Which brings me back to the Question – Who faked Barack Obama’s birth certificate?

If it was Hawaii’s Department of Health that forged the document then an investigation into a corrupt Hawaiian Health Department is in order. But why would they just decide to forge a document all on their own? What motivation would someone have to produce a false document and send it to the President’s council?

If it wasn’t the Hawaiian Health Department then the next people in line would be the law firm of Perkins Cole. Would they be willing to provide a forged document to be placed into the public arena, that if found out to be a forgery, could end their law careers? And if so, who could be in a position to guarantee that they would be held blameless?

Then there is the White House staff who received the documents from the Law Firm. Would they have forged the document to ensure the data reflected exactly what the President had said was there and to validate his claim of legitimacy to hold the office of President? What would it take to make someone break so serious a law if it could mean federal jail time and a ruined career?

What about the president? With the amount of data that was changed on this form it could not have happened by accident but was a direct attempt at forging official documents and did the President sign off on this and validate the document as real?



On his video at the above White House dot GOV web page, he states clearly that he was born at Kapi’olani Hospital and that is what is printed on the Birth Certificate. Problem is that, in addition to the incontrovertible proof of forgery, the name of the hospital in 1961 was the Kapi’olani Maternity Home. In 1978 it merged with Kauikeolani Children's Hospital to become known as Kapi‘olani Medical Center for Women & Children.


Since the release of Barack Obama’s new long form birth certificate there are now more questions raised and none of the previous questions answered. In fact many of us who were unsure of his birth status are now pondering why this has not been picked up by the main stream media and at least a number of state attorney generals and the Department of Justice for investigation of an obvious fraud. And if the President is implicated, dies this raise itself to the level of High Crimes and misdemeanors?

With the smell that now emanates from the Kremlin on the Potomac I can no longer say something smells rotten in Denmark!

It seems all those who become president anymore never hold to their promises. Anyone remember "read my lips, no new taxes"? Not long after the election he broke that promise.

I believe he was Born in Hawaii what happens if someone was running that is white? I never heard of previous presidents being asked for birth certifcate and gives an uproar. The government posted stuff on all governmental websites to prove he was born in Hawaii. There are doubters because he looks like he is a Kenyan and is half black. I think everyone that questions his Birth Certifcate should plasture their Birth Certficate on the web that the wrong people can see it. I really wish people can put this to rest and think of important issues.

Did you read the article and see the proof the birth certificate put forth was not legitimate?

The fact is, some in Obama's own family have said in the past he was born in Kenya. Even so, that's not even the main argument at this point. In order to be president, one has to be born on American soil and be born to a father and mother who are both American citizens. Obama's dad was not an American citizen.

If he was born in Kenya, he isn't legally qualified to be president.

If he was born in Hawaii and his dad wasn't an American citizens (and he wasn't), then he isn't legally qualified to be president.

This has nothing to do with what color Obama is. The only reason such issues have not become a major deal in the past is because of the clarity of their legal qualifications based upon the known facts of where they were born and who their parents were.

This is a matter of law, at the highest level, not a matter of race.

Yes, his mother was an American citizen, but BOTH parents have to be American citizens and his father was NOT and American citizen.

Actually, this isn't distracting anyone from putting together legislation or signing legislation that would help the country.

Typically, everyone who runs for president makes their birth certificate, school records and other things public when they run for office. Obama has also failed to make his college records public as have past presidents.

Read the Constitution, the federal government has no jurisdiction in regards to healthcare. It's also not the job of the federal government to creat jobs, provide homes or provide food. All of these matters are for individuals and their states to handle.

If you check the history of America, things have only become worse in all these areas when the federal government has illegally become involved.

Imagine all the jobs that would be created, the homes available and the healthcare folks would enjoy if the federal government ended all the unconstitutional programs and agencies, eliminated the income tax, and went back to following the Constitution! Untold billions of dollars would be freed up which would lead to a massive economic boom that would lower prices while at the same time putting a great deal more cash into virtually everyones pockets.

I cannot believe some are still trying to claim he is not a citizen. How utterly ridiculous.

1. He was born in Hawaii. He has obtained a birth certificate, released it, and proven it.
2. Even if he was not born in Hawaii, his mother is indisputably a U.S. citizen, making hiim a natural born U.S. Citizen. Case closed.

Problem with your points, kob -

Hawaii commonly gives birth certificates to children born in foreign lands. On Hawaii's site: "Amended certificates of birth may be prepared and filed with the Department of Health, as provided by law, for 1) a person born in Hawaii who already has a birth certificate filed with the Department of Health or 2) a person born in a foreign country.”

Okay, so his mom was a citizen, so he should automatically be, right? Well, the problem there is twofold:

1. His father was not a US citizen, thus creating a problem with the understanding of the reading of the Constitution that requires a child to be a natural born citizen...the understanding being that both parents are US citizens.

2. Although his mother was a citizen, she was only 19, and so was not old enough to transfer citizenship (transfer would be vital because his father was definitely not a citizen).

The law as stated by the State Department: “Birth Abroad to One Citizen and One Alien Parent in Wedlock: A child born abroad to one U.S. citizen parent and one alien parent acquires U.S. citizenship at birth under Section 301(g) INA provided the citizen parent was physically present in the U.S. for the time period required by the law applicable at the time of the child’s birth…. For birth between December 24, 1952 and November 13, 1986, a period of ten years, five after the age of fourteen are required for physical presence in the U.S. to transmit U.S. citizenship to the child.” - his grandmother claims he was born in Kenya. If she isn't lying (and why would she?), he was born a citizen of Kenya, not the US.

Another problem arises from the fact that BO became a citizen of Indonesia when he was adopted by his step-father...

Hillary Clinton's campaign is the one that started the talk about BO's birth certificate. And Dems have been the ones to keep it going, until Trump came along (did you hear he said he's not going to run for POTUS? ).

Why did it take so long for him to produce the birth certificate? His campaign tried to insinuate that John McCain wasn't born a US citizen. But he was - both his parents were US citizens, and he was born on US territory...and he proved that by providing his birth certificate right away (as have many other past POTUS').

I think that anyone who is trying to defeat BO is making a big mistake in continuing to talk about this issue. Personally, I think it would be best to just get someone who can beat him, get him out of office, and then pursue this matter. I do believe something isn't right about it.

Giving it up already is part of the problem...there's been too much given up to BO already, and he is demanding more. To this country's detriment.

Kay - it has nothing to do with whether he is black or not. The media and his cronies, and even he himself, make that an issue, but no-one seems to remember that he is half white. So, the blacks who oppose him (and there are many) are racist because of his half white blood?

Sure did take him a long time to produce that piece of paper, yet, it take time to forge such a document.

Of course every candidate for that office ought to be requires to produce all proof that they meet all qualification for the office before their name gets put on a ballot.

Anyone that is naive enough to think those running for public office are honest and upstanding citizens and they can always be trusted I've got a bridge up in NY that I would love to sell to you. I could probably let it go very cheap today.
