LOL that reminds me of when I was a kid...I had learned that God knows everything before we do it. So one day I was attempting to change my thoughts or actions a split second before doing something else, in a childish attempt to "fool" God...but every time I was like...oh man....He knew I was gonna do that. So I'd try something even quicker. And I knew immediately God knew that one too. Finally gave up....figuring God knew a long time ago I was gonna act pretty stupid for an hour. haha.

You know, actually...we could argue that God is more happy about the assassination of a lost King than a saved one....One example in Scripture where someone did NOT assassinate a king was David, because he knew Saul was saved and chosen of God...and for THAT reason he did not assassinate him.

 As you know, Jerry8, we are famous (or should I say infamous) for going off topic. There are a couple of threads that seem to be crossing over...

Ann Coulter made some interesting points in this vid:

The idea of the pictures being too graphic cracks me up in light of what people watch on t.v. every day!

Movie and TV violence are OK for us but showing a murderous infidel is bad for us.

If there were a constitutionally declared war one could rightly say what happened to Osama was an act of war. In such a case, the rules of war which America has signed would govern the issue of pictures.

If, however, Osama was a criminal America was seeking for judgement and possible punishment, then the situation changes.

Obama has been unable to articulate just exactly what America is doing with regards to those he may or may not call terrorists and terrorist organizations. Are the actions of America towards these to be viewed as war? If so, there needs to be a constitutional declaration of war for such to be legal. If they are being dealt with in the realm of being criminals, then there needs to be a determination and declaration of whether they are going to be dealt with under international law or American law.

None of this has been done which is why nobody knows for sure what's going on, what to do with the detainees in Cuba (detainees? are they prisoners of war or criminals being held over for trial? Or are they under concentration camp rules?) Already Obama has bounced back and forth between bringing detainees to trial in American civil courts and trying them in military court. Not only that, along the line some have been released because they were thought to be safe and then they went out and attacked Americans. Some who were held much longer were discovered to actually be worthy of release. It's obvious that whether it's Obama or others, there is no consistent idea of what American policy actually is, how to prosecute the unknown policy or what to do with those who get caught up in all this.

They want to be our dictators, they want to hide stuff. I would agree there are probably some good reason they should not. Yet I think its over steeping authority not to, and makes it seem something is being hidden.

I'm really tired of Obama being so sneaky and secretive. All he has to do is release the photo to Congress, ban the media from the room...and at least there would be witnesses who can tell the states "Yes it is done." I realize they may not want to release it to the public so that there is not a huge uproar but it should be released to somebody...

I thought some members of the congress had seen such pictures.

But I also heard that the pictures some congressmen saw were fake.

Can we believe very many in congress either? Does anyone capable of thinking really believe the Warren Commission report on the assassination of JFK? Why should they be trusted now?

Yet, they're trusting of this latest issue, and seems to be thinking I'm un-American, maybe even ungodly, for not being so trusting them as they do.

Most are more than willing to accept, trust and believe what they want to. Few will actually take the time to analyze what has been said and try do some fact checking. Fewer still will view what is said through Scripture.
