This is a great time of the year to get next to that relative or friend you've wanted to witness to. Your family may come to you or you may be travelling to them.

I had that opportunity yesterday with my sister (she said she is an atheist). The message was given, the door remains open. I gave her the Gospel and it was a calm short discussion. She said there were too many contradictions in the Bible...I asked her for an example...none tendered. I asked her to call me if she finds one; and if I can't answer the contradiction, I will find the answer for it. So, she said she would begin reading the Bible again and look for them.

Prayer, my sister is very hard hearted resulting from circumstances and observations in her life. She is 64 and will soon be 65, her name is Jeanice.

Dear Father, please take the simple message of Jesus saving grace and use it to magnify your name in convicting my sister of her sin and allowing her to receive Christ, Your Son, as Savior. Grant me the grace to not be a hindrance or stumbling block in her next steps toward You. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.

My sister hasn't called me with any Bible contradictions. She hasn't called at all. I continue to pray for her salvation.
