   My Auntie needs prayer please....

   Please pray for my aunt Colleen. She was taken by ambulance yesterday morning and today they found out the she had a small stroke. She has lost a lot of strenghth in her right arm, her left is unusable do to another health prob, and is very weak. She has just moved into a new home and they figured the stress of that had a factor in the stroke. Please pray for her health, she will be in the hospital until she gets more strenghth. Please also pray for her salvation, she is a lutheran who believes that she is going to heaven because of her infant baptism and communion. Please also pray for salvation for the rest of her family.

I've heard of this church but I don't know much about it. I figured that we could at least pray for them.    Hello, I am new today. I wish I would have found this site earlier, but better late than never. Our family needs prayer: I'm Vicky, Steve is my other half; Gail and Sara are our daughters (away from the Lord). My husband is in remission from non hodgkins lymphoma as of last month (started 4 years ago)--praise God! Last August 31, I was diagnosed with severe nonischemic cardiomyopathy, with unknown causes. My heart pump-left ventricle only pumps 20%, and I have a high risk for SCD (sudden cardiac death). On 1/28/07, I was to have outpatient surgery to implant a biventricular ICD (pacemaker).    There is a meeting at the capitol in Indianapolis today, to support an amendment against same-sex marriage. In Indiana, the measure has to pass through the houses once, and then again in two years (so it will conceivably be different people) and then it becomes a referendum for the people to vote on before the constitution can be changed. Two years ago it passed overwhelmingly. But since the last election, a lot of congress has changed. Would you please pray with me that congress will pass this - it really deserves to be either passed or shot down by the people hoepefully passed. Thanks.

   Please pray for Chris. He is having a hard time in school this year and even though he is studing hard he is still not doing as well as he should. Final exams are coming up.    I have had to reformat 4 times now. I can only go online for short periods of time and it goes errrrrrrrrr click errrrrrrrrrrrr click and freezes. its been doing this since Jan so I usually only go online to check my email and send letters if there is time before it stops working. it seems the more I stay on too long the more it freezes and then the more often I need to reformat. The prayer is that my friend in toronto said after her husband puts a bigger hard drive into his computer he is putting his 80 G into hers and she will give me hers which is 30 or 40 G.    This is what happened to me today. I just got home from putting my application in @ a school 15 mins.away. I went to check my answering machine and there was a message on it from another school (I put my application in last week)that is 20-25 mins.away. They were calling to set up an interview which is Monday March 26th @ 11.00. I am so full of emotions right now. When I get excited and think Yes about time someone hires me then I get let down and I feel like a failure because no one wants me.     My mom asked me to post a prayer request about my dad here. In the old thread I wrote about how he was, well, doing things he shouldn't, how he later became really sick, and how we later found out that he has cancer. So, an update on the situation: We are trying something that should help fight the cancer (sorry, can't give any details here), but so far the results are small. While it does seem to help somewhat with keeping the pain down a little (without using pain medication) and maintaining a good blood pressure, heart rate, etc. (something that's pretty rare in this stage of cancer, it should be jumping up and down a lot, so I was told by the nurse) he has still los…

    My mom was lifting some boxes a few hours ago and we think she dislocated a disc in her back which is now causing her a tremendous amount of pain and she is not able to walk. Please pray for her and if anyone has any recommendations, I would love to hear it. We aren't sure whether she should get an x-ray or whether it would be better for her to lay down or sit.     My wife, kids, and I are traveling to Des Moines tonight after my son gets back from Master Club around 9:00. We are very tired due to not much sleep - the kids are having trouble sleeping, and we are up a lot with them. Although it appears this will be a long process to heal past hurts it almost appears at the least she is thinking about the long term effects divorce is going to create especially for our 3 children.
