Oh, surely we can find something to pick at...
Was this whale an Independent Baptist? If not, I don't support her/him!

There's a problem though. I read on a blog that the whale may be sued for bruising the leg of the person he saved. This in turn will cause whale insurance to go up and whales will not be able to afford to buy their "people" insurance any longer. Therefore, 89,000 whale insurance policies will have to be rolled into the new health care plan. Of course, this means higher rates for all of us.

I can see why that might cause a big problem. But, we've got Obama, excuse me, I need to say President Obama, he will probably invited the whale and this woman to the White House for a Beer Summit, and both of them will come to an agreeable agreement them it will be a none effect.

No Jerry... you don't understand! It's OK for a human to drink beer but we must not let our whale drink! PETA says that we'd be damaging their whale livers and ... well... that might be OK for people but we can't hurt the whales...

However, states with large whale populations are considering legislation to tax the whales for their beer consumption and create a "whale" of revenue to pay down state debt.
