Thank you Jerry! I felt much better Thursday so I trimmed the hedges, mowed the yard, carried a couch out for trash pick up and carried a chair in. Doing okay today but a little drained from doing so much in the heat and humidity yesterday.

Good, we got rain, unbelievable, rain. Hope we get enough to change us from very dry to a bit wet. We are even under a burn ban, & its not yet August!

Weather man said 30% chance of rain last night, we ended up with a good amount of rain! My browning grass is already turning more green.

3/4 inch, is all we got, had much thunder, lighting, & with all the thunder & lighting we got, you would have thought it rain 2 to 3 inches at least.

Last rain we got 1/4 inch, seems difficult to get a very much at one time.

It sure was hot and humid today! I feel sorry for my wife if she ends up having to wear a cast in this sort of weather.

We had some fog this morning but already the hot sun is burning it away. Another hot one today! Thankfully our church has air conditioning and greatest of thanks that our eternal home will not be burning hot!!!

Not many at church this morning, church services suffers this time of year.

90 & very humid.

I forget how it goes, but the pastor met one of his fellow members that had been missing church services. he told the pastor, its been raining so much its hard to get to church. The pastor told him, "But its dry at church." He replied, "Yes, I know how dry it is at church." God's Word is quite dry to many people, they just have no interest in hearing God's Word.

After a couple days in the hundreds we might cool down to only in the 90s!
