Yep, it's that time of year. Rain, storms, flowers. Now it's time to get ready to go to church!!! :bible:

Here on Monday we started off cloudy and rainy, yet this afternoon the sun is out, the sky so bbbllllllluuuuuuuuueeeeeeeeeee and pretty, temp is 56º, the wind is blowing briskly.

I went out while ago trying to do a few things, the wind nearly blew me into the next county. Oh, more pretty flowers have bloomed out, and I love them. And to think, when I was young mother and grandmother would get on to me for mowing them down. Correction works, but few of todays grandparents and parents will use it.

It was cold and windy here this morning but the sun came out this afternoon.

69º today, I pruned my crepe myrtles yesterday and hauled the limbs off.

Warm and windy here today. I think rain is heading our way.

And yes, the wind was quite brisk here today as well, just before dark it settled down.

That's funny because I had the tune to that in my head this morning as I was driving down the road!

Oh John, I remember when that song when it 1st came out, it was practiced around my house so much I got plumb tired of it. For my sister, another boy and girl her age would come to our house to practice that song with mother playing her piano.

Yet today, I still love it.

Funny how some things just stick with us for years, or even a lifetime! Such a very good reason to make sure we fill our hearts and minds with good things and not the bad stuff.

Funny too, how some things that I try to remember or recall, yet it seems lost forever in my brain.

I've got a photograph memory, I must have, I just need to find the right developer.
