RE... squirrel pancakes. The problem here is that most men don't know how to fix pancakes. Observe any "mens breakfast." Men have a tendency/habit to use the spatula to press down on the pancake the same way they "press" a hamburger on a grill. The pancake is supposed to be left alone, of course, to make it "light and airy."

When the squirrel pancake is "pressed" as men are prone to do, it gets awfully tuff. The lesson here men is to let that squirrel pancake be and it will be the lightest and fluffiest squirrel pancake you ever had.
