Well, Jonathan is sick - again. Thankfully, he is not throwing up this time. He has a horrible cough and had a fever earlier of 102.5. We bought a new cool mist vaporizer for his room (it's pretty cool. The front of it is an aquarium for toy fish and has changing colored lights.) We are hoping this helps him. We are thinking of not doing the nursery for RU tomorrow night so as not to infect the nurseries for church on Sunday.

Your chidren will be passing their germs around for the next 10-20 years or so! Dont expect it to end any time soon...it was the same when I was raising my children. All you can really do is work hard to get them to eat a nutrious diet that will boost their little immune systems.

Praying for your wee ones - Jonathan and his siblings that this sickness is over quickly and ends with him! :pray :pray :pray

Praying.

Does your son have a condition that causes him to be sick more? It seems he gets sick a lot. It really strikes an anxious chord with me, because my Jonathan (turned 14 today) has a congenital condition that causes him to not be able to handle simple illness well. We had some very nervous times with him when he was little, in and out of the emergency room for what would have been minor bugs for most kids. Throwing up is always the first symptom, so the phrase, "Jonathan threw up," in our house means immediate emergency mode.

We aren't aware of any condition that Jonathan has to make him more prone to illnesses. He is just having trouble shaking this one for some reason.

I just took his temperature - 102.8

Is Jonathan the littlest guy? Poor thing.

Some head colds are running through our household...my toddler is the only one so far that got a fever though, seems like he gets fevers faster now that his immune system is somewhat overactive.
