He can't possibly have a case. Otherwise America should sue whoever published the Koran...

Hopefully the judge will tell him to sue the Author :Bleh


:lol::lol: Who knows...........this guy is from the liberal half of our state, though. We're in such a bad recession here.........it is amazing what some people will attempt for money.

Fowler filed his claim against Grand Rapids-based Zondervan Monday, alleging its Bibles' references to homosexuality as a sin have made him an outcast from his family and contributed to physical discomfort and periods of "demoralization, chaos and bewilderment," the paper said.


I wonder if his family tried to witness to him, thus his feelings of being outcast.

If this one goes thru, then the rapture must truly be near.

If he succeeds in suing Bible publishers - then Bibles would be outlawed OR the courts would determine the contents of our Bibles.
