Hello dear brothers and sisters in Christ.

There is a strong typhoon coming here tomorrow, Saturday, Philippine time. Please pray for the safety of all. The typhoon is almost as strong as Typhoon Haiyan and is now on the same path as typhoon Haiyan last year. Expected to land fall tomorrow in Samar-Leyte Philippines. I live here in another city and we can now feel that windy atmosphere. We are warned to be prepared for flash floods and storm surge. Hope you can include this prayer request in your quiet time. The typhoon has an international name of HAGUPIT. It is a tagalog word meaning to lash (to strike). We named it typhoon Ruby when it entered the Philippines.

Thank you.

Thank you all, it is fine right now in my city but the typhoon is currently in Samar making a landfall later tonight or early morning. I will be waiting for our local news tomorrow. Hope their will be no casualty. We will also be alert tonight and tomorrow as the next place to be visited by the typhoon is ours, particularly in the Northern part of Cebu, Philippines.

Thank you all for including us in your prayers.

God is worthy to be praised. We are going to church tomorrow to worship the only true God who provided me with Salvation.

To God be the Glory.

The Weather Channel has been keeping a good watch on this storm. I've mostly been following it online. Learning what's going on as close to real time as possible helps me pray more specifically.

So far here in my own place the weather has calm, the typhoon is about to landfall in the next province where my grandmother is, please pray for her, especially her salvation.

I have not heard of any casualties yet, I guess the people are very prepared. Here in my place, we only experience heavy rains right now but already free from Typhoon Hagupit. Praise the Lord!

We support some missionaries in Manila.  The news says the typhoon is heading there.

Anyone happen to know where Hope Church is? I know some people who attend there and I've not heard from them.

A couple other people I know, and their families, are safe as the storm didn't come near them.
