This is in the true spirit of, "pay it foreward." Very touching, thanks for posting it Larry. If you're an old softy, join the group, I'm right up there with you.

My wife posted this picture on her blog, she entitled it "The Big Softy."  In this picture our new little Nubian goat kid was a very sick little girl. She snuggled right in.

The big SOFTY doesn't want any stinking goats. He acts like it huh?

What happened to respect and common decency. Notice all the cars that don't even try to slow down. Here in NC we've had 3 kids hit in the last 2 weeks or so because people won't stop for a school bus.

Actually, no I didn't notice all the cars that didn't slow down - I was too busy looking at the people who stopped to give assistance. ;)

OBviously, that was the point of the video. I just remember a time when elders were respected and wonder what happened.

Here in the little town of Yreka California I see something I have not seen elsewhere. If someone even looks like they want to cross the street all traffic in both directions immediately stops. Traffic remains stopped until the person is completely on the other sidewalk, even if there is a center divider. This is not a once in a while event, I see it constantly, all the time when I am around town.
