How can you tell which ones are good? Just because the church gets full when they come? Their names, if they have their own jet, They are on TV many have tried and read their books. I believe that many of the best Christians books out there, don't even make it to the store shelfs. Some are given away and not read. Some fade away, how said. The next time a guess speaker visit your church, and his book only have 70 or less pages or it cost is a couple of dollars, donation. Pick it up, it might be the best book you ever read after the bible.

Totally agree - but then there are a great many good books that are a bit longer and a bit more expensive.

One of the best books I have is "Born Crucified" by L.E. Maxwell.  Forget how many pages, but very short.
