State's High Court Okays Same-Sex Marriage in a 4-3 Decision


Connecticut's Supreme Court ruled Friday that same-sex couples have the right to marry, making that state the third behind Massachusetts and California to legalize such unions. The court ruled 4-3 that gay and lesbian couples cannot be denied the freedom to marry under the state constitution, and Connecticut's civil unions law does not provide those couples with the same rights as heterosexual couples.

This is bound to spread quickly. Of course the more liberal states will be first to approve this, but then some "moderate" states will be targetted until they pass homosexual marriage laws until eventually there will be only a few states that still outlaw homosexual marriage and the rest of the country will begin putting full pressure on them to "stop the hate" and "end the bigotry". Through economic pressure, boycotts, ad campaigns and massive propaganda, those promoting this will not rest until all states have homosexual marriage or a new federal ruling or law is put forth forcing all states to have homosexual marriage.

Much prayer is need in this area. Revival is greatly needed.

WOW! Yes...it is bound to happen all over, IMO. I can see it in my area b/c it is so liberal; however, OH is still conservative in many areas. I would like to see them try to get this past the courts here. :lol Knox County is holding this state together. You had better wear a bullet proof vest in that county if you are a liberal. :thumb That is just one area of OH. LOL. The conservatives still have control of OH. Even with a liberal as governor. Whew!

Put forth test cases until you win. Then use that precedent to push for wins in likely areas. No I do not. Central Baptist in Southington has done things in the past in Hartford, but I have not heard of them doing anything here yet.
