Nope, it's not that exciting... we heard the name on a TV show and really liked it. Very spiritual reason, huh? :-)

That's funny. I know a girl that named her daughter after a word she found in the Sears catalogue: Pajamas (pronounced Pash-U-muss). Anyway, I only asked because I have a Scottish uncle named Kieren, which is the masculine form of Kiera.

I feel a little awkward asking this, but I'm just trying to keep all my ducks in a row... I've had a number of people ask me when my book is coming out and tell me that they'd like to buy a copy. I forgot who you are, I'm sorry! Please let me know, I've had enough requests that I really need to start a list.
