One thing I have noticed is that through history the true christians step up during major persecution. Great moves of God have happened during slaughters and jailings of true christians. The future of this country is dark. I believe the socialist have taken over and slowly but surely the godless marxists will take away all freedom from true christians. I believe in this time, I think the true christians will no longer have fear but preach out in the streets not fearing this gov. I actually think that America won't go socialist. Not in the full sense. I believe that the Antichrist's kingdom will be a democracy. Everyone will be worried about "civil rights" and "human rights" but won't care about "God's rights". A study of the Laodiciean ("rights of the people")church will show this. If the Laodicean ("the people rule") church represents the state of the church before the rapture then it will be a democratic. America was founded as a Republic, not a Democracy. Even Jefferson had a mistrust of democracy.

To an extent I agree. A form of democracy will be used as a cover for socialism. We see this in Europe and with each passing decade we see it more in America. The people are allowed to vote and have a certain amount of voice but the socialist leadership pushes their agenda whether the majority of the people want it or not.

Consider the most openly socialist group in America, the Dems. How do they push their socialist agendas? They get the people to back their concept of "civil rights...human rights...women's rights...minority rights...homosexual rights...etc.".
