The weather man on a TV station out of Shreveport said that Friday was way to pretty to refer to it as Black Friday!

I got up way to early to go. Got everything i went shopping for with the exception of the electric heaters. Took a three hour a nap afterwards.

Yeah, they still have some stuff discounted at our walmart here in town that didn't sell out yet. But I got what I needed and another sweater

I was at our local Walmart for Black Friday. I waited 6 hours to buy a laptop for $198. I was 2nd in line.

I don't usually participate in Black Friday shopping, but I did this year. My husband's two sisters and their families were here so we all went out Friday to a couple of stores that didn't have as much hype as places like Best Buy or Walmart. We had a really nice time and found some good deals.

To be honest, I think a few women can get together and go shopping and nearly always come back saying they found a good deal to their husband!

Last year Trish and I left the house at 4:30am to go shopping. This year I went out early afternoon.
