Please pray for Southwest Baptist Church in Oklahoma City. Their Music Minister of 25 years, Brother Floyd Schexnayder, died of a massive heart attack last night. He was also Music Department Chairman at Heartland Baptist Bible College. I am not sure of his age, but I believe he was be in his fifties.

I am going through a very emotional time right now my Pastor was preaching and it really got a hold of me about many things I have been weeping a lot and need God's comforting hands. I want to honor him in whatever I do and so many things have been hindering me from God and I need to get rid of all the hindrances and distractions from God and in order to do this I need to fast and pray please keep me in your prayers that God will show me his way. I want to be obedient to his calling.

Please pray for Travis. He woke up about five this morning vomiting. He says his head and tummy hurts and he has a bit of a fever. Him and his mother will have to miss church this morning and his birthday is in two days.

The freelance job I had, ended a few weeks ago, and then we had the ice storm that knocked off the electricity right as I was needing to look for another freelance job. I had ordered a new computer (since my old one was woefully inadequate to handle the jobs I had been getting), before I knew the job would end so quickly, and an ice storm would prevent me form looking for other work. The new computer came, but it needed to be prepped for work, which, unfortunately, took several days. Please pray for my wifes dad. (Urgent!!) My wife just had to rush out to her parents house after her mom called. I don;t have much details. As far as I know here parents are not saved. My Pastor's were just over there last week and no decisions were made. Please be in prayer. God bless. :)

I went to the airport today with a family that I go to church with and met a Korean girl. I had the opportunity to hang out with her a little bit. She is a non-Christian and is in need of our wonderful Saviour. Please pray that I can be a good witness to her and open her eyes to the truth. Please remember my father in prayer. He is going to have a surgery because some kind of blockage to his heart . he did not have a heart attack, though he did had 3 of them in the past. The doctor found a blockage during his checkup. He is heading to NC (edited: correction) for a surgery because he is in VA and that's where they do this type of surgery. He will have it in January.

We are heading to WA for the holidays. We will be flying out, Lord willing, early tomorrow morning. We are going to catch the 5 a.m. coach to the airport. Our flight is at 8 - 3 hours should be enough time, if we don't get stopped by a wreck (last May, I had to go stand-by 'cause I missed my flight by mere minutes due to a wreck on the interstate). I kind of dont' know where to start. I know I posted on the church forum, and God has given me a wonderful church to go to and has blessed it so much! Last night my pastor resigned my church but in God's will! He has been offered an assitant pastor at another church as well as a full tiem job with it. We have known and have prayed about this for quite a while, and for a couple of weeks my pastor was workign at both churches. He has been fighting a kidney infection.... he was on one antibiotic, and that did not work, so now they have him on another one.... he only has one kidney, he lost the other one during his cancer surgery several years ago. Thanks :praying

Please keep her in prayer in the next couple of weeks. We are in the middle of trying to find out why she hasn't been growing. The drs. are thinking it is a growth hormone problem and are needing to do a test on Dec.10th that will determine if it is that. The problem is that it is a glucose test and could cause a diabetic seziure. Please pray the she will get through this test without a sezure and that we will be able to find out what is wrong and have the grace to deal with it. To give you an idea, Jenna is 3yrs old and only 22pounds. I know you all will pray with us. Thank You!

I know this person who has hurt me more then anyone ever could and this person probably doesn't even care. I need to give this to the Lord and he will help me move on and I totally am never to possibly see or talk to them again. How do you move on from something that has meant so much to you. Please keep me in your prayers as it is so hard to forgive this person but we are suppose to forgive everyone.... Actually I will with God's help..Like I said God gives strength when it is needed

My uncle, John Jesse is in the hospital. Doctors don't know what's going on with him. His daughter is on dcotors to gather up [b][color=#4040BF]all[/color][/b] of his medical records so that they can find anything that might help in this. He is saved and walking with the Lord.

The problem is often the starting point is belief there is no God...or they cant know. Just because they look at things they can observe, they automatically rule out the supernatural. What they fail to see is they have their own religion, because they never observed one species become another. They have faith that whales became cows.. dinosaurs became birds and ape like creatures became humans. They don't have good evidence for this. Most creation scientists talk about what glasses you put on to view the evidence. I don't like this kind of thinking because it doesn't talk about the facts...but it does show preconceived assumptions. -

My niece sent me a text yesterday telling me that my father had asked for her pastor to come out to the house to talk to him about eternity. He admitted that he was a sinner and needed the Lord, and he asked the Lord to save him. Praise the Lord for answered prayers. -

Yes, I have a pastor friend in the Independence, MO area that spoke against this often. I've got an aunt and uncle in O'Fallon, MO who could be on either side of the issue.
