Help Needed: Can you help a pastor edit a book?

A pastor on an email group I belong to has written a book and needs help with editing, syntax, etc. I am wondering if there are any English teachers or anyone good with language that would be willing to help him? If so I'll supply his info.

I am preparing my book for printing. I am doing final editing and have several people reviewing th book for errors or phrases that need clarifications.

I would also like for someone to review the punctuation. In the process of preparing this book for printing I have learned that we can talk like a hillbilly (which I are one) but you can not write like one.

I never was very good with my English at any rate and probably learned more English grammar when I was studying Spanish than I remembered from High school.

Editors want anywhere from 600 dollars to 2000 dollars to do editing and I am trying to avoit that cost.

Once I have the book ready to print I will send it to someone to do the set up and conversion to a program that permits 2000 copies. The Lord has provided the financing for printing the book, so we are making progress slow but sure..

Would someone like to review the book for me? The book is 271 pages from start to finish.
1. I could use someone reviewing the syntax.

3. I could use someone reviewing the punctuation.
4. I could use some overall opinions.

I hope to be able to send it to the printer by the time I go to the U.S. in late August. They printer should have it ready to go in two weeks once everything is submitted

I might could help...I'm young, but I've got a good eye for stuff like this. I've always been good at spelling, and I'm decent at punctuation and things of the ilk.

I used to proofread (I was pretty much the editor) at the newspaper I used to work for so I could probably help some.
