Members Rosie Posted February 20, 2015 Members Posted February 20, 2015 I'm fine John how about you.. I will be glad when the weather warms upI'm praying daily for the salvation of your family Quote
Members John81 Posted February 20, 2015 Members Posted February 20, 2015 I'm glad you are fine Rosie and very thankful for your prayers. It's been a cold winter and lately it's been with a lot of wind which just makes it worse. All week the weatherman has been trying to decide if we are going to get some rain, sleet, freezing rain, snow or just more blowing cold this weekend. Yesterday they decided we were going to get snow but now this morning they say the snow will hit about a hundred miles from us and we'll just be very cold. I'd rather have cold without snow or ice so I hope it stays that way.One weatherman said this is one of Florida's coldest winters. It's pretty bad when you can't even escape the cold in Florida! Administrators Jim_Alaska Posted February 28, 2015 Administrators Posted February 28, 2015 Oh, sorry, I forgot, that got changed to Climate Change. Quote
Members John81 Posted February 28, 2015 Members Posted February 28, 2015 Global warming caused climate change and that's why it's all American companies fault we have so many feet of snow in Boston and we'll probably have some hot days in July. Quote
Members Rosie Posted February 28, 2015 Members Posted February 28, 2015 John do u live in Boston? Quote
Members John81 Posted February 28, 2015 Members Posted February 28, 2015 John do u live in Boston? By the grace of God NO!!!That Bostonian accent is enough to keep me away from there. Quote
Members Rosie Posted February 28, 2015 Members Posted February 28, 2015 well you mentioned it so i wondered... Quote
Members John81 Posted March 1, 2015 Members Posted March 1, 2015 I mentioned Boston because apparently they are so important that's all the weather people keep talking about is how much snow they have in Boston. Not near as much talk about the foot of snow in Alabama, or the snow in Texas causing churches to cancel Sunday morning services, or the over half-foot of snow across Mississippi. Quote
Members Rosie Posted March 7, 2015 Members Posted March 7, 2015 hopefully it will quit snowing soon, but praying it doesn't melt too fast.. or Florida may be flooded... Quote
Members John81 Posted March 7, 2015 Members Posted March 7, 2015 Not much snow around here to melt so no flooding worries unless all the snow up north melts fast! It was warm enough yesterday to need no heater on in the car. Beautiful sunshine! Quote
Members Rosie Posted March 17, 2015 Members Posted March 17, 2015 i bet its warmer and no snow huh... 82 here Quote
Members John81 Posted March 17, 2015 Members Posted March 17, 2015 Absolutely no snow with the nice temps we've been having. I'm not sure if we've hit 82 yet, but I know we came close a couple days, but the 70s are fine with me. Quote
