House to sell

We have a couple in our church who are desperately trying to sell their house in Aliquippa,Pa.
It has been on the market since at least August. They have had a few nibbles but no bites.
Please pray that it sells soon, it's getting rough with 2 house payments right now.

Have prayed. The economy on this side of the U.S. is really suffering. We know what that is like! We moved to Utah for a job for my husband when his company was bought out here in Michigan. We lived there for TWO years renting because our house back in Michigan would not sell. (and it was priced a good $60,000 below replacement value on its own foundation, according to our insurance company!) We eventually ended up moving back to Michigan this last summer when a job opened up within driving distance of our home.
