I Peter 5:2-3 says, "Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly: not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind; Neither as being lords over God's heritage, but being ensamples to the flock"

This is from the King James Original Version. I see the prosperity preachers today begging people for money from many gullible believers who believe they are sending money to God's prophets. There are no more prophets today. They ended with the apostle Paul in the early part of the church age. These charlatans preach for money which is filthy lucre; therefore, they lord themselves over God's flock and set themselves as bad examples to their flock. They use constraint or compulsion to scare their church members into giving ridiculous sums of money to support their extravagant lifestyles! Pray for these preachers to get saved before they get left behind to go through the Great Tribulation in which God's wrath gets poured out upon the whole world! The Lord Jesus Christ is coming very, very soon, and we need to be ready regardless of our Christian background!

No doubt, in TV land there are many charlatans, they're on TV for one reason, make money, and most assuredly many of them are living a life style of the rich and famous off of God. Its so sad at the number of people who support them and think they're the best thing since sliced bread.
