Does anyone have one of those rice/past cookers that's made for a microwave?

Do places like Wal-Mart sell them or can they only be found over the internet?

Any experiences or recommendations of a good one to try?

Guess nobody has the microwave type, then? I'm sorry, I don't either.......but I have a regular Farberware rice cooker that you plug in, and love it.......I've had it for at least 3 years.

I've never heard of those. Could you tell me something about it?

Is this a trick question? I don't see anything...

Click on the word "this" (in my previous post). It's a link (or it's supposed to be). I just tried it and it worked fine -- but then, I have DSL so it loaded almost instantly.

Yep, that's something like what I'm talking about. Thank you for the link, I'll check this out closer.

We had a new Hotpoint microwave lst year which came with a pasta cooker. We never used it as it seemed extremely complicated and took longer than boiling it. I think my daughter took it to the tip, as we don't have much storage space in our bungalow.
