I get an email for alerts from the CDC and here is a continuious updated site http://www.cdc.gov/swineflu/investigation.htm.

Since yesterday 2 additional cases have been discovered in California and 2 new cases in Kansas. I sure hope this doesn't spread out of control there is no vaccine for it and old and young are at serious risk particularly in HOT weather!

This needs prayer!

There is a newspaper in Detroit saying there is a "suspected case" in Michigan. I think this thing is far more widespread than they are saying at this point. Hopefully it stays "mild" and doesn't mutate into a more virulent form. My hubby (a scientist) said his concern is that if they don't keep the flu from spreading, that the medical community will accidentally "create" a strain of the virus that is resistant to all of the anti virals they are using to treat the cases they have right now.....and that a more virulent strain could be in circulation by late this fall.

I heard this morning that there were cases in Germany and elsewhere, too.

Just so you all know - coconut oil is really good for viruses (and bacterial infections, but this is a virus). You can cook with it, or melt it in a little water and drink it, or spread it on toast. 3.5 Tablespoons a day is all it takes.

Colloidal silver is also really good for viruses. I know a lot of people don't use natural meds, but it might be a good idea to have some of this on hand...
