There's only one "z" tile in Scrabble. So you couldn't make that word.

No No, you can't do that.  Those can only be used as replacement tiles.  You can't use those for extra tiles . . . . that would be cheating. No! No! No!   And again I say, Noooooo.

Not so, Larry. Hasbro does not say they are replacement tiles, but additional tiles. Additional means in addition to.

Besides, how could it be cheating when the opposing player is able to draw from the same stach of tiles?

Since the makers of the game sell the additional tiles, it is entirely fair. LOL

No worries, NN. Those are the official Tourney rules. I am quite sure there are home users who assign the point value of the represented letters to used blank tiles.

If all players in a Scrabble game agree to such stipulations, no harm. And if all agree, it could not be said to be cheating.
