Please pray for me.

I really hate to ask for prayer, because I know there are so many needs that are more important than mine. Sometimes though I get to a place where I just can't pray anymore and I need a little help to get by.

I have really been struggling with God's will for my life lately. I want so much to be be used to bring glory to him. I have made some mistakes in the past and wasted alot of time not being where i should be with the Lord.
I just want to be a humble and willing servant before him. I don't want to waste anymore time. Please help me pray that He will guide me and use me. Even if it's something as simple as cleaning the bathrooms at church.
Just pray that he will show me what I need to do. Thank you all.

Most of us have probably been there, I know I have. The best I was ever told, and have even heard since, regarding being in the will of God is to obey the Word and walk in what you already know. If we walk in the light we already have, it will lead us to where God wants us.

Never hesitate to ask for prayer. No request is too small or too large. We are to bear one anothers burdens and to lift one another up in prayer.

Jason, I'm there from time to time struggling with God's will for me. Yes, I have wasted time. I will be praying for you daily to find God's will and do it.

Thank you all for the prayers. This past week has really been a struggle for me. I find that sometimes the closer you get to God the harder the devil works against you.
Im still pushing onward though, and I know that I will make it through by His grace.

Oh and 1 Tim115 Its cool that I share your sons name, but I bet he wasn't named after his grandmaw! My middle name is my Grandmaws first name LOL
I don't mind though because she is a great lady and is one of the best Christians you will ever meet.

It's often not much comfort while going through a rough time, but it's true the Enemy only really takes note of you and makes a real attack when you are making progress in your walk with the Lord.

While it doesn't really help me a lot while I'm going through it, over the years I've come to take note of when I'm on a spiritual mountain or am experiencing a time of wonderful growth in the Lord and realizing that it won't be long before the Enemy strikes. At least when it happens it's something I was expecting and am not caught totally off guard.

Your last sentence is what it's about. Pressing on in the Lord, even if we are reduced to baby steps for awhile. When we do that, God will grant us the grace to eventually break through and be that much stronger.
