Hi, I'm Flip, got my nick from my aunt when I was little and so use it on the net.. not much to say about myself, I love Church, was in one for 10 years almost without missing, have a great Preacher there, but don't live in the town anymore, I'm living where we don't have a good Church so I'm very lonely without a Church Home. I have some people from there who do a Bible Study with me on the phone alot. So, anyway, glad to have found this board, I love God! And His precious Word! I only believe in and read the Old King James, found a precious site today, it is johnhurt.com where you can download the Word, I have it in large print and use it as my Homepage! Oh yes, I have been born-again, though my life has brought me through many trials of doubt and despair. I'm sold out as you might say and believe in progressive salvation, that is we can be saved more and more though our position with God at the moment of salvation is secure! I heard the Gospel when I was a little and went forward to recieve Christ and my life shows evidence of the Holy Spirit, but sometimes doubt and fear take hold of me, but I just keep holding on to my belief in Christ, and no doubt he is there to bring me through! I'm as you might say, in deep waters, I don't live on the shore!!

Welcome aboard. I hope you find that local church family to worship and fellowship with. So, you're not perfect yet? Well, you'll fit right in here. The Holy Spirit isn't done with me either. Saved by grace but, God only is perfect. Go knock on a door or two and see what turns up. You may find that local church family.

I really impress from this site !!!

I am brand new to the forum and I thought that I would just make sure I post here to say hello to everyone. I am currently looking forward to seeing this forum grow. Right now, it seems as if the forum doesn't have to many posts in it, and most of the posts it seems to me are spam. I am not really sure why they are spam, since this site doesn't have a lot of traffic. I am looking forward to be come an active member of this community and also to see all of you on the discussion boards having interesting conversations.
