I sure would appreciate your prayers for my daughter and son-in-law. They are missionaries in a country that does not allow the preaching of the Gospel. My dad is having kidney stone surgery first thing tomorrow morning. Wed, my grandma is having surgery to have a mass removed from her ovaries(just found out about this one Friday). My mom is totally stressing, as is much of the family. Please pray if you can.

Everyone please pray for my husband and our family. He finally quit his job of 6 years because it became unbearable for him there. Which I totally understand, and I support his decision. But now he's looking for another job, and there just aren't that many out there. Please pray that God will guide him and that he will listen and be obedient. Please also pray for me personally. this is from an email i got. The time is 2:46pm CST and I just spoke to Sister Donna Bishop, and what took Brother John's eye sight wasn't what the Doctors thought it was, the CT, MRI and other scans showed that everything is normal in John's head, however the Doctors now think that John's Cluster headaches may have contributed to his eyesight being taken, He can not move his eyes up, down, left or right they are fixed. His loss of eyesight may be permanent. Please pray for my 2 yo Andrew, we are still battling hives and nobody can figure out what they are from or how to help. We keep increasing his antihistamines and they aren't really working. The dr has changed his meds over and over again and nothing much seems to work. We are trying one more thing and if that doesn't at least help by tomorrow we will probably have to try steriods again which she doesn't want to do, but nothing helps. My in-laws pastor had a massive heart attack on Monday and is not expected to live. He is in Des Moines, Iowa. Nathaniel was just scratched by a squirrel. My boss' son (11 months) has a very high fever and is being taken to an urgent care clinic.

I live in eastern NY, but have a home in eastern Maine that I plan to move back to some day, either when I retire or sooner if my elderly father needs me to take care of him. The house needs some work done to it and I plan to go there next week (on the 12th) and stay for 2 weeks to get some of the work done. Pray for my younger brother Steve. He had a sleep apnea test a couple weeks ago, and when the sleep clinic sent the study to his doctor the doctor almost had a heart attack. My brother's heart rate while he was awake was 40, and when he was asleep it dropped down to 13. This is "bradycardia." Not very good at all. Your heart rate should be between 60 and 100(mine is over 100-tachycardia). The doctor's nurse said that the sleep clinic should not have let my brother go home, but should have sent him to the hospital. They've got him wearing a monitor for the next 24 hours, then going for an echo on Friday. And from there they'll decide how to proceed. Steve is married with…

I would like for yall to be praying for a co worker of mine please! I work at a public day care, and God has opened so many doors of oppurtunity to witness. I have had many people ask me about why I dress the way I do, and many things, and I praise God that each time he gets the Glory! Today a co worker of mine, asked me about salvation, and I work in the infant room so I have more lead way to say things to her. Sunday night while looking at monster.com, I came across a very cool posting that said pick me. It was for a security gig for a pharmacuetical. Ive been doing industrial security for 5 1/2yrs at various refineries. It would be a BIG step up with a significant increase in salary and benefits. I have a prayer request to share with you. A woman who works at the nursing home has a 5 year old son named Zack who got in between two of their dogs that were fighting. He ended up being attacked, and has had around 60 stitches. The big concern at this point is his eye?they aren?t sure if they are going to be able to save it or not. Please lift Zack up in your prayers.

Went to the doctor today to see about getting my heart rhythm fixed. Here's what he had to say. The bottom part of my heart is beating fine and strong. The top part however, is just sorta fluttering. This is bad. There are generally three options of treatment for this type of thing. 1. Take medicine for 3 to 4 weeks and then shock my heart and try to jumpstart it back to normal. 2. Do a heart cath with a special wire thingy that has electrodes on the end. They'd go exploring in the heart, find the pathways that are causing the problem, and cauterize them. I have several things going on right now that I need prayer about. First, on Thursday night my laptop crashed on me. Along with thousands of hours of work, bible study, and sermons. I THINK the guy was able to recover most of my documents, but I am not sure what was saved and what was lost. Please pray for the best. We are looking at an old beat down house over in PA near where we are planting the church. I need wisdom... lots of it. Pray that God meets our needs. Being new, I thought a good place to enter would be a prayer thread. I have talked to my dad before about salvation before and he insisted he is saved. I could use prayer regarding a situation with a couple I know. I do not know to what extent their problems are but I sense it is physical as well as verbal. My Father passed away peacefully in his sleep at home, where he wanted to be. He's now with the Lord and is no longer suffering. Through this experience I have had to locate and talk to my sister whom I have not spoken to in 15 years. It ended up that 3 of the siblings had to sign in order for the cremation to happen. My brother in Montana is having the papers mailed to him, and my sister and I will be electronically signing through an email or text. Hopefully we can get him cremated. It's all been paid for, but the theft of Pop's safe while he was in the nursing home brings problems as the receipts for the cremation were in that safe. UGH! But God is still good. -

The problem is often the starting point is belief there is no God...or they cant know. Just because they look at things they can observe, they automatically rule out the supernatural. What they fail to see is they have their own religion, because they never observed one species become another. They have faith that whales became cows.. dinosaurs became birds and ape like creatures became humans. They don't have good evidence for this. Most creation scientists talk about what glasses you put on to view the evidence. I don't like this kind of thinking because it doesn't talk about the facts...but it does show preconceived assumptions. -

My niece sent me a text yesterday telling me that my father had asked for her pastor to come out to the house to talk to him about eternity. He admitted that he was a sinner and needed the Lord, and he asked the Lord to save him. Praise the Lord for answered prayers.
