Does anyone here have a camcorder? We have a Sony miniDv, but our problem is that the disk will not play on any computer. We've tried it on 4 different computers, with 3 different operating systems (all Microsoft).
There is a download that we can get, but the problem is that we need this to work for our customers' computers, too. We've been thinking about getting a Canon.

Canon with an SD card was recommended (by a salesman, of course).

Any suggestions or ideas?
