Two new salvations!

Wow, the Lord allowed me to participate in two new salvations this week. A young woman who had been visiting us for a while asked me a couple of Sundays ago if I'd perform her wedding. We set up an appointment to start marriage counseling and to allow me to meet her fiance. I wasn't quite sure of the woman's salvation experience, but from what she told me of her fiance, he wasn't saved.

The Lord allowed that first counseling session to become their salvation experience! Now, they're entering marriage under God's perspective, rather than the world's. And their salvation couldn't have come at a better time for me - I was getting a little discouraged.

I'm glad God is still in the salvation business, and He's called me into His service!
