Sand dunes.

We are going to go 4x4ing for a day in the sand dunes with the thing in my avatar.

There is a place about 100miles away from our house that is great for sand work, and this will be our first outing with this van. The sand at Lancelin is normally pretty soft and can catch you out pretty easily but I have not run into trouble up there before.

There will be more than a few of these vans - called "Delica"s - going up for the run with some of the guys staying overnight, some staying longer and some of us just going for a day trip.
Looks like there may be about 10 or so heading up - should be a good day.

Maybe I will post a few pics here when we get back - about another two weeks.

Love to 4x4, but don't have much time for it, and since the Delica is our principle vehicle we can't afford to break it.
One day I would love to get an off-road toy to enjoy, but that is low on the priority list really.

There is a whole group of people that need to be reach (off-roaders), they are never home for church, they are always out there 'wheeling. Preach to them preacher. Especially when you have to give them a hand when they are in a stuck.
