They were also restricted from fornication.  Does that leave the rest of the 10 commandments open to the Gentiles?

Clever catch, but the rest of the commandments are enumerated throughout the New Testament, so no.

Where does scripture ever say that those animals which were classified as unclean were ever created to be received with thanksgiving or for that matter with anything else?  Paul must be referring to those who will be commanding abstaining from consuming any type of animal flesh in favor of vegetarianism.

I already did. 1Tim 4:4 For every creature of God is good etc. Are you saying that Christians need to conform to a certain diet?

You added the "That was created to be received" part. The bible says, "and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving:"

And again, verse 3 qualifies that - i.e., every creature that was created to be received.  Unclean animals never were.

I think that as far as scripture is concerned that the Levitical dietary rules are still in effect.   Some 10 years after the crucifixion, Peter in his vision, was agast when told to eat what was in the sheet.  He, who had been 3 years with the Messiah,  certainly was never told that unclean animals were now ok to eat. And later he realized what the vision was about, and it wasn't about diet.

Many though not a big percentage have done their own research and reading and experimenting for themselves and their own friends and family,  and found that diet is very important.      Without correct knowledge,  and with false teachers and with carnal knowledge, worldly wisdom that is contrary to helpfulness,  the deception so extreme,  people really really have to keep trusting and praying to find the truth.

9 of the 10 Commandments are restated over and over in the New Testament. The Sabbath commandment is not - also, Exodus states it was/is a sign between God and Israel.

As far as dietary laws go, ceremonial days and other ceremonial aspects of the Law, the NT in various places state they are not binding on the NT believers (ie. the church). They were types and shadows and were done away when Jesus died on the cross. The types, etc. were done away when the Anti-type (Jesus) came and fulfilled all the types. Anti-type means the fulfillment of the type, the person or thing the type pictured.

Acts 10:14-15 But Peter said, Not so, Lord; for I have never eaten any thing that is common or unclean. 15 And the voice spake unto him again the second time, What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common.

Maybe Peter heard Jesus say this, Matthew 15:11 Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man.

I'm afraid I'm missing your point.
