James 4:4 "Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the

friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be

a friend of the world is the enemy of God." King James Version (KJV)

"The use of the term "quantified" in that phrase means: the CDC has no measurable amount of the virus, because it is unavailable. THE CDC HAS NO VIRUS. A further tip-off is the use of the word 'isolates." This means NO ISOLATED VIRUS IS AVAILABLE."

Christ as a light, illumine and guide me
Christ as a sheild, over shadow me
Christ underneath, Christ over me
Christ beside, on my left and my right
This day be within and without me
Lowly and meek yet all powerful
Be in my heart, I reach to Him in my speech
In the dark who speak unto me
This day be within and without me
Lowly and meek yet all powerful
Christ as light, Christ as a sheild
Christ beside me
On my left and my right.

Psalm 53 King James Version (KJV)

53 The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity: there is none that doeth good.

God looked down from heaven

           upon the children of men,

to see if there were any that did understand,

that did seek God."

Scripture quotes are always best! Maybe I'll start another thread 'A Scripture Today How It Moved You.' (moved as in influenced, provoked, motivated, encouraged).

"O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!" [Romans 11:33]

"And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God." [Ephesians 3:19]

"But drops of grief can ne'er repay
The debt of love I owe
Here, Lord, I give myself away
'Tis all that I can do"
                               Lyrics ~ Isaac Watts, 1674-1748

There are many more devotional times of late when I'm so overwhelmed by God's personal revelation of a verse for me that it overflows and runs down my cheeks. Not a quote just truth.

"I consider that the chief dangers which confront the coming century will be religion without the Holy Ghost, Christianity without Christ, forgiveness without repentance, salvation without regeneration, politics without God, and heaven without hell."

I have noticed that when I hear something that I should walk away from, if I decide to keep my mouth shut instead of opening it, I don't find my foot in it!

"Now, the blessed fact is that God is not silent and has never been silent, but is speaking in his universe."                                      ~ A. W. Tozer

Brings to mind a couple scriptures from the Psalms.

"The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork." [Psalms 19:1]

"The heavens declare his righteousness, and all the people see his glory." [Psalms 97:6]

The reason why men do not look to the Church today is that she has destroyed her own influence by compromise. ~ G. Campbell Morgan (B. 1863- D. 1945)

A different perspective:
“Ask any person who was chronically ill or disabled before the pandemic how life changed for them during the pandemic and we can’t say it changed as much as the average “healthy” person’s life did. We were already used to being at home. We were already painfully adjusted to missing events. Eventually, you stop missing certain things and accept the home life because you have to adapt to your new normal or you will go insane with grief from your life’s lost possibilities. My husband and I had hoped that healthy, mobile Americans would look beyond themselves and protect others while protecting themselves. There was also the vague hope that they would better understand the limited lives of their fellow ill or disabled Americans. Instead, we realized a new cold, hard truth: Most Americans wouldn’t know how to survive being hindered by illness or disability. They can’t adapt to inconvenience.
— Christine Skirbunt-Kozabo, Virginia”
