I think enough's been said. Everybody knows about the book now. If you want further information, the OP takes you to the site to purchase the book. Agree or not, if you have the $$, it would be nice to support a brother by purchasing the book. Thread is now locked.

I agree with HC, this subject has been beaten to death. I, for one, do not need to hear the exact same words over and over again, I heard them the first time.
