I am being considered by a local company for a high level position. The Hr Manager has asked me to rework my resume to highlight my management skills. I am looking for help in doing this.

So how would a HR professional help with your resume preparation? I think he just wants you to emphasize what experience you've had in management.

Hr professionals see hundreds of resumes each week. They know what works and what doesn't. They know how to word things properly. I haven't written a resume for a secular job in 15 yrs.

You'll just have to get a book at B&N for a refreshing course on cover letters and resume'

Just look back all your leadership/managing positions, write down your duties that you did as a leader/managing
Those books on resumes should show you how to write them.
