Seriously though, use either garlic salt with every meal, or a half teaspoon of cinnamon a day.  Great fat burners. 

Another alternative is a Fat Burning Soup that works.   I tried it once and lost 14 pounds in 8 days.  Recipe can be found on internet, just google it.  You can eat as much of the soup as you want.  The more you eat, them more you lose.

Don't eat.

 

I'm 5' 10 &1/2" & weight 164 pounds, 66 years of age approaching 67.

 

The most I ever weighed was 172, that was in the 80's when I injured my lower back, during that time I dropped down to about 155. The most I've ever weighted since them is 169, & I eat whatever I want to eat.

 

But let me say this I've always been thankful that I never had a weight problem & been able to eat whatever i want to eat.
