I don't totally disagree with you, just half.  People can go crazy when possessed by devils or when something mechanical/chemical don't work right in their bodies anymore.  No amount of praying or living right can fix that if the Lord chooses not too.

Why would the lord choose not to deliver someone if that person calls on Him? I also believe that some medications can be a tool of the devil . Colorado theatre shooting, sandy hook, etc

Why didn't the Lord heal Paul and Timothy?  Why not me?  Why not Marty?  All I know is that in the end, it all works out for good.
