Small new change

I made a small change. We have recently been getting a few members here that like to join and send out spam. If you were one of the lucky ones to receive a message from one of these members, I'm sorry. To combat that problem you now have to have at least 30 posts before you can use the Messenger System. Let me know if any of you have a problem with this feature. Thank you.

I think it's a good safety procedure but can you lower it any? Usually the spammers get maybe a max of 5 posts before they either head out to another place or someone sees it and bans them. Maybe 10 posts would be better. Maybe it doesn't matter, not sure. I do know that I send messages to people here almost right away so as not to overload threads with personal notes or thoughts to another person.
