Democrats push Defense of Marriage Act repeal

The democrat party, is the anti-God party, how can a God fearing man or woman claim to be a democrat?

Notice the sort of churches most professing Christians who are Democrats attend.

This section of the country has been heavy with democrats in the past. There's getting to be many more republicans as some of the Christians are seeing the evils of the democrat party.

Yet with the democrats and republicans, its mostly about this world, with little of it being about God, and those who do claim its about God, usually only have a form of godliness, they're deepest concern is about worldly issues, you know, their pocketbook.

Some claim Paul was involved in politics, yet he was not. He did use much of his time preaching the "Good News" during his jail time while showing that he was innocent. Notice, at one time the case could have been dismissed, yet Paul did not chose that, he was seeing the opportunity to spread the "Good News" to more of the country

Politicians won't even keep their oath to uphold the Constitution, they certainly won't stand firm upon the Word of God.

Right now we have some Republicans in congress proclaiming they are trying to do what is best for America by cutting government spending so America will be a better country. Last night on the news they put up the amount the Repubs are proposing cutting. The proposed cuts amount to less than 2% of the budget! That's not even a trim and certainly not a cut! Yet this is their main answer to "fix America".

Sure the economy is bad but constitutionally it's not the governments business or job to "create jobs". If the politicians would eliminate all the unconstitutional restrictions, taxes, fees and other matters that bind business in America, there would be massive job creation. Are they doing this? No. They claim to support the Constitution yet they vote contrary to that claim.

Christians are told to obey those who have the rule over them, whether that be presidents, mayors, sheriffs, the company boss, the principal at school, etc. Christians are told the way to effect government and those who have the rule over us is to pray and trust God to act. Beyond that we are to be the light and salt. Sadly, most people see Christians more as darkness and bitter herbs.
